Adult Tennis Lessons & Coaching

Tennis Express is an 6 week, game based course aimed at Adults keen to get back to playing tennis. We use low compression balls, simple scoring and keep technical teaching to a minimum.
SUNDAYS 16 Feb - 23 March @ 10.00am - 11.00am

Cardio Tennis is a really fun activity for everybody – young, older, men and women.
In an hour’s session of Cardio the average person could burn 700 calories!
ON FRIDAYS 1.30 - 2.30PM

Mini Red Sessions are suitable for youngsters aged 5yrs to 8yrs and are held on
SATURDAYS 15 Feb – 22 Mar @ 9am-10am & 10am - 11am
THURSDAYS 13 Feb – 20 Mar @ 3.30pm - 4.30pm


Mini Orange Sessions are suitable for youngsters aged 9yrs and are held on
SATURDAYS 15 Feb - 22 Mar @ 11am - 12pm
THURSDAYS 13 Feb - 20 Mar @ 4.30pm - 5.30pm


Mini Green Sessions are suitable for youngsters aged 10yrs
SATURDAYS 15 Feb - 22 Mar @ 12.00pm – 1.00pm
THURSDAYS 13 Feb - 20 Mar @ 4.30pm - 5.30pm



Tennis Tots: From 3yrs to 5yrs

Tennis Tots is an educational tennis programme for children from 3-5 years of age. It’s a fun and easy way for tots to learn the fundamentals of tennis. It develops confidence, improves hand eye coordination, develops colour recognition & numeracy, improves social skills, develops gross and fine motor skills and is loads of fun!

FRIDAY 14 Feb - 21 Mar @ 2.30pm - 3.15pm & 3.15pm - 4pm
